UJHSE publishes original research, systematic reviews, and policy analyses across medical sciences, public health, environmental health, and clinical research. Every submission is evaluated through double-blind peer review. The journal is fully open access from the moment of publication, with no embargoes and no paywalls.

UJHSE is currently accepting manuscripts for Volume 1, with publication targeted for the third quarter of 2026. Submissions move through formal double-blind peer review, copyediting, and Crossref DOI registration before publication.
We are particularly interested in original research, systematic reviews, and policy analyses from authors in public health, environmental health, clinical research, and occupational health. APCs are waived in full or in part for authors from LMIC settings.
