Founder & Growth Catalyst
Dr. Paramjot Panda founded Utkarsh Research Network with a vision to democratize access to high-quality research methodology support. With deep expertise in public health research, epidemiology, and biostatistics, Dr. Panda has guided hundreds of researchers from protocol development to publication.
Under his leadership, URN has grown into a recognized research organization, earning ISO 9001:2015 certification, Startup India recognition, and membership in prestigious bodies like the Cochrane Collaboration and the Global Burden of Disease Collaborator Network.
