Utkarsh Research Network (URN) is a public health research and innovation organization based in Odisha, India. We are dedicated to bridging health inequities through evidence, innovation, and local action, with a special focus on Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs).

Dr. Paramjot Panda is a public health researcher and evidence-synthesis expert with extensive experience in conducting systematic reviews and meta-analyses across clinical and policy domains. He founded Utkarsh Research Network with a vision to democratize access to high-quality research methodology support.

Under his leadership, URN has earned ISO 9001:2015 certification, Startup India recognition, and membership in prestigious bodies like the Cochrane Collaboration and the Global Burden of Disease Collaborator Network.
