Is the free tier really free forever?
Yes. No credit card, no hidden limits on resource downloads or office-hour attendance. Free tier has a soft quota (50 screened records per month on the AI Suite) which is enough for most pilot projects. Upgrade only when you scale.
Can I upgrade later? Will I lose progress?
Yes, one-click upgrade anytime. All your projects, screening decisions, and extracted data stay intact — only the quotas and access level change.
Do I need to be Indian to join?
No. URN is open to anyone researching in public health, biomedical, or allied sciences. Our content is tuned to Indian context (pricing, journals, regulatory) but the tools and training apply globally.
How is this different from Covidence or DistillerSR?
