FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about our research support services. Don't see your question? Ask us directly.
01
How much do your services cost?
You can start free: the 30-minute consultation costs nothing. A 45-minute methodology consultation is ₹499 and quick tasks (editing, plagiarism check, journal formatting) run ₹499–₹1,499. One-off work starts at ₹4,999 for statistical analysis, ₹9,999 for thesis guidance, ₹12,999 for systematic review support (meta-analysis add-on from ₹6,999) and ₹19,999 for publication coaching. Monthly support plans start at ₹999/month. Rates exclude GST, and the figure you approve in writing is the figure you pay.
02
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The 30-minute call on Zoom is free and carries no obligation. Pick a slot on the booking page, or message us on WhatsApp at +91-8637221386.
03
Can I pay in instalments? Do students get a discount?
Anything above ₹5,000 can be paid 50% on start and 50% on delivery. PG and PhD scholars get 40% off, faculty at government and aided colleges 25%, and first-time users 25% — combinable up to 50%. Ask for your concession on the free call.
04
Do you guarantee publication?
No — and nobody honestly can; acceptance is the journal’s decision. What we guarantee is rigorous methodology, PRISMA / STROBE / CONSORT-compliant reporting, correct journal targeting and revision support until the manuscript is ready to be judged on its merits. We never sell authorship.
05
What if I am not satisfied?
You review the work at every milestone, and revisions are included free. If you cancel within 48 hours of paying, before work begins, you get a full refund; after that, refunds are prorated so you pay only for completed work. The refund policy page has the full terms.
06
How long does a systematic review take?
Typically 6–10 weeks from protocol to manuscript, depending on the number of studies and whether a meta-analysis is possible. Your exact timeline is part of the written scope.
07
Is my data confidential?
Yes. We sign an NDA before any data moves, you remain the author of your own work, and your files are never shared.
08
Do you work with researchers outside Odisha or outside India?
Yes. Everything runs online over Zoom and WhatsApp, so we work with researchers across India and abroad. Our office is in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
