Questions families ask
How quickly can someone come?
Physiotherapy usually starts within 48 hours after a short assessment call. A Saathi should be booked at least 24 hours before the hospital visit.
Do I need a doctor’s prescription?
Not always. Physiotherapy can start with an assessment, and we share the plan with your doctor. If your doctor has given advice after surgery, please keep it ready for the first visit.
What if I am not happy with the professional?
Tell us. We respond within 24 hours and arrange a different professional if needed.
How do I pay?
By UPI, card or bank transfer. Single visits are paid after the visit. Packages can be stopped at any time, and unused visits are refunded in full within 7 working days.
