7-day money-back on memberships

Premium and Family Shield come with a 7-day money-back guarantee from your first purchase — if it's not for you, tell us within 7 days for a full refund of that membership.

Cancelling a recurring plan

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; this stops all future renewals. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for. After the 7-day window, a renewal already charged isn't refundable, but you'll never be locked in — and your tag keeps its core safety features for life either way.

One-time & lifetime purchases

One-time plans (Basic, society tags, lifetime upgrades) can be refunded within 7 days provided the physical sticker hasn't been shipped or the tag activated. Once the sticker is shipped or the tag is in use, the digital service is considered delivered; the physical sticker is then covered by our replacement policy below rather than a cash refund.

The physical sticker

If your sticker arrives damaged, or peels or fades within its warranty, we'll replace it free — just contact us with a photo. Basic includes one free replacement per year; Premium and Family Shield include free replacements.

Society / bulk orders

Bulk and society orders are handled per the written quotation shared at the time of purchase. Talk to us before a drive and we'll make the terms clear up front.

How to request

Reach us on our contact page (WhatsApp, call or email) with your registered email. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days.
