Dr. Ratan Sengupta is an acclaimed trainer and consultant with over 39 years of experience in electronics manufacturing technology and management consulting. Born in Ranchi, he graduated with an M.Sc (Hons) in Physics & Electronics in 1976 and later earned a Ph.D. in Electronics System Design while teaching at the university. Dr. Sengupta joined the Government of India in 1986, helping to establish the Electronics Regional Test Laboratory in Mumbai and worked on significant projects such as INSAT-2B and Agni 1. His international experience includes assignments in Germany, Ireland, and England. After taking voluntary retirement in 2000, he founded DRSGA, offering consultancy to leading companies like Wipro, Siemens, and ICICI Bank. His work has contributed to the first district-level hospital in India receiving ISO 9001 Certification, impacting many lives.
